Bertie’s Field at Weighton Wold Farm offers private dog exercise in Market Weighton. The operator describes a five-acre site with two separately bookable two-acre areas: North Run and South Run. Both are enclosed by two-metre deer fencing with additional rabbit netting at ground level.
The site’s gallery shows tyre obstacles for dogs to explore. Hardstanding parking is provided outside the exercise fields, and dog waste bins are available; bring your own biodegradable poo bags.
Choose North Run or South Run and reserve a half-hour or hour through the operator’s website. A gate code is sent one hour before your booking. The session includes unloading and returning dogs to the car. Keep dogs on leads between the parking area and the field, and contact the operator for groups of seven or more dogs.
Use the dedicated access from Beverley Road to Weighton Wold Farm, Market Weighton, YO43 3JN. Park in the designated car park, not in the exercise field or on Beverley Road. Arrive no more than five minutes early and keep dogs in the car until the previous visitors have finished.
