We are a family-owned kennel & cattery situated in the idyllic Whitefield countryside, minutes from the M60 or M61 and within easy reach of the M62.

Our facilities have been substantially renovated over the last 6 years and now provide our boarding guests with the highest standards of modern accommodation under the watchful eye of our dedicated team of experienced and caring staff.

Rules

Using our field

• Use the last 5 mins of your session to leash your dog, collect toys/balls/belongings and vacate on-time.
• Strictly no tennis balls
• Make sure the field is left clean and free of dog mess.
• All owners must accompany their pets at all times and are responsible for them at all times
• Attendees must ensure the field gate is securely locked when in use
• Do not climb the fencing or shelters
• Our agility equipment is for DOG use only

Cancellations

• Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the date of any booking will not be refunded
• Re-scheduled booking requests will not be actioned within 24 hours of the date of the booking

Legal Disclaimer

• Dog owners are free to use our agility equipment and shelter, but do so entirely at their OWN RISK, including any injuries.
• Owners are entirely responsible for the actions and behaviour of their pets at all times
• We do not accept responsibility for any harm or injury caused to you or your dog. You are responsible for your own safety and that of your pet.
• For any field sessions booked whilst your dog is boarding, we cannot accept responsibility for any harm or injury caused. Whilst we try our very best to prevent any harm or injury, especially during exercise, all animals are unpredictable.
• We recommend that owners take out their own pet and public liability insurance in case of injury or illness.
• Any damages caused during your field session must be reported to us and paid for.
• The field is enclosed by very safe and secure 2m high fencing. We do our best to make sure it is well maintained, but we cannot guarantee the fencing is 100% escape-proof.
• All vehicles parked in the car park are left at the owner’s own risk
• We will not be held responsible for any damages, accidents, thefts, loss or otherwise to personal property, individuals or animals.

Field Entry and Exit

• All dogs to remain fully leashed on entry to the field and exit from our field
• No owner or their dogs to enter the field, until the previous occupant has safely vacated
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated prior to entry and we expect you to cancel any bookings should your dog shows any signs of ill health
• No booked sessions are extended due to late arrivals
