We have 3 acres of securely fenced paddocks and an orchard for your dog to play in. The site is divided into a small paddock/orchard and a larger 2-acre paddock with agility equipment, a village hall-style building with a rubber-matted floor, and kitchen and toilet facilities for humans!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a group of us come together on one booking?
The park is open to anyone with a dog; you can book a slot and bring your own, invite friends or other dog/puppy owners to join you, or go to our Facebook group and find a play date that’s already organised. With up to 8 dogs allowed now, 4 in each paddock, and hard standing to park your car, you should have lots of fun!
Can I book more than one-time slot at one time?
Slots are booked 30 minutes at a time, if you want you can book 2. For exclusive use, I recommend booking both the large and the small paddock together for exclusive use.
Do I need to bring my own water?
No, we have a water supply into the field, we also have a DIY dog wash in the main workshop building.
Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes we do! There are toilets in the cabin and also the static caravan, so no blue tardi! Just real toilets!
How big is the dog field?
Just over 3 acres. It is divided into a 2-acre (Large Paddock) and a smaller 1-acre (Small Paddock). Please help yourself to Apples, Pears, Plums, Walnuts, Cherries and Almonds when they are in season! Plus some lovely fruits and other goodies can be foraged in the hedgerow.
How high is the fencing?
The fencing is approximately 5ft (1.5m) high. Please check it is suitable for your dog, to be sure but we are planning on putting 6ft in soon.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
We do not offer cancellations except in specific circumstances where we have to close the park at short notice and cannot facilitate your booking.
How do I reschedule a booking?
Once booked, you can re-schedule a session for a different time using the ‘Re-book’ option in your user account.
Under ‘Bookings’ click on the order number you need to change and follow the on-screen instructions. We ask that if you do need to change a session, for any reason, you do this at least 48hrs before your original booking start time to allow other users the opportunity to book the time slot you have vacated.
